Egan Lucocq undertook a project audit on behalf of a private client. Subsequently the existing contracting team have been replaced with a new team to complete the remaining works. The property is a splendid residence on a private estate located in a secluded, highly desirable area in the South of France. The estate comprises of five independent buildings with extensive grounds.
