Designed by Robert Adam and built in 1794, this Grade I listed townhouse in Fitzroy Square was completely renovated and restored with traditional materials. The project required a thorough and sensitive approach to preserve and restore the unique historic fabric, while also creating a modern family home with contemporary and high-specification finishes throughout. Towards the latter stages of the project, we sourced, appointed, and managed a property manager and house manager, giving the client time to establish a family office in the UK.
