03 Contract Administration
Whether appointed as a Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent, we take a proactive approach to contract administration. Leveraging our strong understanding of the mechanics of contracts to issue clear and timely instructions, certificates and notices. This approach provides clarity to all parties to adhere to their contractual obligations, avoiding unnecessary contractual issues before they occur. We are competent and able to administer all forms of JCT contracts, bespoke forms of contracts and development agreements.
04 Property Management
We offer clients a premium property management service and a personalised approach, including planned and preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and management of small works. We take the necessary time to understand the running and operation of each property so that solutions and recommendations can be implemented quickly. 05 Client Representation
We act as our clients’ representative on special projects, using our extensive experience to manage projects on their behalf. Drawing on our experience of project delivery and client management, we mitigate any risk and exposure to our clients with absolute confidence and discretion. The role encompasses all property-related matters, including project strategy, development and technical briefs, planning, appointments, finance, and legal and construction oversight.
06 Development Management
Our bespoke delivery solution provides a turnkey management and construction solution from concept to completion. The unique service combines the benefits of being a detailed main contractor and client-side consultancy, with extensive experience in the super-prime residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We combine skills that span multiple disciplines across architecture, construction, engineering, and consultancy.

08 Construction Management
Construction management has mainly been used on our overseas projects where this route is more common, providing an alternative option to traditional methods. We have the necessary in-house skill and experience to coordinate and manage trade packages.
