The property is an impressive six-bedroom detached residential property located within the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust. The project incorporated a full internal refurbishment with high-end finishes throughout, and a particular focus on fast-track delivery and completion. The design and works needed to be planned with precision to meet an ambitious design and construction programme. On this project, we used a design and build form of procurement. This is less common on a refurbishment project, but the contract helped achieve the client’s requirements.
