Refurbishment of a fifth-floor apartment located next to the glamorous Sloane Square. The works included a full refurbishment, with contemporary new joinery and high-specification finishes throughout. A two-stage procurement route was chosen to shorten the overall programme and to engage the contractor early to satisfy freeholder and head lessee requirements.
