Nightingale Ferndale

Building on our ongoing relationship with the client, we delivered the strip-out and refurbishment of the care home’s entrance and front-of-house areas, including reception spaces, café, spa, theatre, and associated WC facilities.

The works comprised replacement floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, new sanitaryware, and bespoke joinery installations, alongside the introduction of new MEP plant and distribution to support the reconfigured layout. Structural alterations were also undertaken, including the installation of new steelwork to form enlarged and redefined openings.

Delivered within a live care environment, the project required careful phasing and coordination, including the temporary relocation of catering and front-of-house functions to maintain uninterrupted service. This scheme demonstrates our ability to manage complex refurbishment works while minimising disruption to residents, staff, and day-to-day operations.
