As part of our ongoing involvement at the care home, we delivered the refurbishment and reconfiguration of a separate wing within the building to create 21 en-suite bedrooms, alongside the upgrade of a range of resident and staff facilities.
The scheme included the refurbishment of amenity spaces such as the dining room, media room, lounge, and two activity kitchens, as well as ancillary areas including offices, nurse stations, a spa bathroom, and a sluice room. Communal areas, WCs, and circulation spaces were also upgraded to provide a consistent standard throughout.
Delivered within a live care environment, the works were carefully phased to minimise disruption, ensuring the continued operation of the facility while enhancing accommodation and shared spaces.
