This Nursery Street project highlights our expertise in delivering quantity surveying and employer's agent services on large-scale, multi-block residential developments. The scheme comprised Block A (ground plus 6 storeys) and Block B and C (ground plus 11 storeys each), providing a total of 267 high-quality apartments. The development also included two A1/A3 commercial units, undercroft resident car parking, and landscaped podiums at the first-floor level. Premium residential amenity spaces were integrated on the ground and first floors, fostering a vibrant and functional community environment.
