DEVELOPMENT

We provided quantity surveying and employer’s agent services for a ground-plus-eight-storey residential development in Liverpool, comprising 135 apartments. The scheme included 94 one-bedroom apartments, 32 two-bedroom apartments, and 9 luxury duplex townhouses, designed to meet modern living standards while maintaining architectural elegance. The structure featured a steel frame construction with a brick façade and rainscreen cladding on the eighth level. The ground floor incorporated a reception area, residential amenity spaces, and back-of-house ancillary areas, ensuring both functionality and high-specification design. Our role also encompassed an extensive enabling works package, including the technically challenging infilling of a canal.

This project demonstrated our expertise in managing complex groundwork, cost control, and the successful delivery of high-value residential developments.
