We delivered quantity surveying and employer’s agent services for a CAT B office tenant fit-out spanning the basement to fourth floor.
The works included MEP modifications and enhancements, the installation of IT and data infrastructure including a dedicated server room, and the formation of new partitions to create meeting rooms and collaborative spaces. A main kitchen was installed at ground floor level, with additional kitchenettes provided at fourth floor to support staff amenities.
This project demonstrates our capability in coordinating multi-floor office fit-outs, ensuring efficient delivery of services integration and functional workspace design.
