A 1730s Grade II listed building located in Mayfair. The five-storey building, with a brown brick façade and neoclassical entrance, was fully renovated to create a family office for a private client. The scope of works included reinstating the original cantilevered stone stairs and creating a new roof light, along with extensive internal refurbishment to return the building to its former glory. The project had great energy throughout, and we enjoyed our quantity surveying role on the main project and our role as project manager in transforming the roof terrace into a beautifully landscaped entertaining space.
