Berkshire Manor

Refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed manor house. The scope of the works included a new three-storey extension, including a basement. The scheme provided a formal living space on the ground floor, utility space in the basement, and a master suite on the first floor. Within the manor house, refurbishment works were carried out in selected rooms to a high standard. The project required a sensitive approach to altering the historic and listed fabric. Careful planning was also required to mitigate the impact of the project on family life.
