The scope of the works included selected structural alterations to create an open plan living area, adaptations to mechanical and electrical services, and new finishes, fixtures, and fittings. Budget was a primary driver for the project, and our detailed early cost planning advice was fundamental to achieving the client’s design and budget aspirations.
