We provided quantity surveying services for the conversion and extension of an existing office building into 189 residential apartments, delivered across two phases. As a Higher-Risk Building under the Building Safety Act, the project required adherence to the gateway approval process throughout.

Delivering 189 apartment, including replacement of all external windows, facade cleaning and repairs, a replacement roof, structural alterations including a new atrium, an enhanced fire strategy with additional escape routes and sprinklers, a new substation, and landscaping to the north and south courtyards.

This project demonstrates our experience in delivering complex, phased residential conversions involving higher-risk building compliance in a complex urban setting.
