Romal Phase 3

RESIDENTIAL

We continued our role providing quantity surveying and employer’s agent services for Phase 3 of the development, comprising the construction of 67 townhouses within a four-storey block for a build-to-rent scheme.

The scheme includes a mix of two- and three-storey duplex homes, designed to maximise space and provide a varied residential offer. Extensive roof terraces were incorporated throughout, enhancing amenity provision and supporting long-term rental appeal.

This phase reinforces our experience in delivering multi-phase residential developments, maintaining consistency in cost management, coordination, and quality across a build-to-rent portfolio.
