We continued our role providing quantity surveying and employer’s agent services for Phase 2 of the development, comprising the new build construction of a ground-plus-eight-storey residential building in Liverpool, delivering 128 apartments.
The scheme included 100 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom apartments, designed to align with the quality and character established in the initial phase. The development also incorporated extensive external works, including the creation of a canal-side walkway to enhance the public realm and connectivity to the surrounding area.
This phase further demonstrates our ability to support the successful delivery of multi-phase residential developments, maintaining continuity in cost control, coordination, and overall project quality.
