  • Act independently between the Employer and Contractor.
  • Administer the Building Contract including the preparation and issue of all required notices, certificates, instructions, etc
  • Agree with the Architect and Client/Employer the procedure for issuing drawings and specifications, instructions.
  • Communicating with the Client, Designers and Contractor at all times in addition to attendance at monthly meetings.
  • Assessing Extension of Time claims and claims for Loss and Expense.
  • Collating and issuing schedule of defects and issue Certificate of Practical Completion.
  • Administration of the defect liability period (or rectification period) including Issue of Certificate of Making Good Defects and Issue of the Final Certificate.
